One of my papers has just been accepted for publication. I got the following message form the editor:

Please send us original "wet signed" Copyright Release Form else we cannot continue your manuscript processes. Please send original form as soon as possible by post.

What does "wet signed" mean? what should I do about this Copyright form?

Yes, and then send it to them by postal service (or perhaps scan it and send it by email?)
