which one is correct?
i was busy
or
i were busy

You have been around long enough to know that the initial letter of a sentence and the pronoun I are always capitalised, and that sentences end with a full stop. Some of your other posts show that you know that it's I was , not I were .

I think "I was busy" states you were not available at some time, "were", you can use it with the conditional IF, "if i were busy" "if i were president" "if i were taller".
If Im wrong let me know, please.
