Hi from Turkey,

Could you tell me the difference:

My parents were living in London When I was born.

My parents lived in London When I was born.

You need to write 'when' without a capital.

They're both possible, not much difference, except that "were living" gives the idea of something more temporary and provisional, while "lived" is more fixed and settled. In general I would go for "were living" as first choice.
