just wanna know the difference between
a. she went to paris.
b. she has gone to paris.
I was told that the first one is a completed action in the past. means 'SHE' went and came back already.
Then the latter one indicates an idea that 'SHE' went to Paris and still there?
So does it mean thay are totally different? thanks in advance,
