I took it granted when she warned me that she would marry Bom if I couldn't earn $50,000 for a month but now she really went through it.I had put new proposal of ***** before the government and they went through it.Are these sentences correct?Please help me.

As a sentence it does not in fact make sense. What are you taking for granted? That she will marry the other man? Or do you really mean "I did not take it for granted"?

I had put a new proposal of ***** before the government and they went through it. By "went through it", do you mean they read through your proposal OR that they passed the proposal into law. If the first, then the usage is fine. If the second, it is incorrect.

Are these sentences correct?

(2) I mean by the "took it for granted" that I didn't take it serious when she said she would marry other person called as "Bom". Actually I thought she was just joking. But now she really have done it.

(2) From the dictionary, "go through = officially approve/accept (something). So I mean that they passed the proposal into law. But could you tell me why it is incorrect?

"I could not earn $50,000 for a month" -- why is that not correct? Surely it is correct. In the duration of one month I could not earn ...

now she really went through with it -- AmE

now she has really gone through with it -- BrE

But now she really have done it. That is not the meaning of "take something for granted". If you take something for granted, you expect it to happen.

(2) From the dictionary, "go through = officially approve/accept (something). So I mean that they passed the proposal into law. But could you tell me why it is incorrect? A law can go through [the parliamentary processes] and be approved. Your sentence indicated that a proposal was submitted and that the content was gone through [= studied and analysed] by the government. It means to read it carefully.
