Went out dancing

Are these sentences correct:

1) She went out dancing.
2) She went dancing out.

3) She came dancing back and picked a glass from the table.
4) She came back dancing and picked a glass from the table.

I think 'a' can mean two things:
1a) She went out to dance.
and
1b) She danced out of the place she was in.

Gratefully,
Navi.
