Went back to college
Which are correct:
1-He came home for the holidays and went back to the university when the holidays were over.
2-He came home for the holidays and went back to university when the holidays were over.
3-He came home for the holidays and went back to the college when the holidays were over.
4-He came home for the holidays and went back to college when the holidays were over.
He goes back to his dorm, or the apartment he lives in near the his college. He is already a university student. He does not resume his university studies. He just goes back after the vacation.
