Wenny-Benny

Who da Wenny-Benny boy?

I know it is kinda like American street talk. The standard sentence should be "who is the Wenny-Benny boy"? But I just don't get what "wenny-benny" means? Thank you in advance.

Hi, This is some dialogue from the TV show 'Friends'. It's not street talk, it's 'baby-talk', the special way people talk to a baby. Ben is the baby's name, and 'wenny-benny' is just playing with the sound of the name.

I'm left wondering whether street talk is simply baby talk with scars.
