Well,...me/my...and call me..

Hey everybody. I'm watching the sitcom "Friends" and it contains some phrases that i can't understand or figure out. Here's one of them: "Well, slap my ass and call me Judy" . Also, there are lots of expressions like this. I was wondering what they mean and do they all have the same meaning?

Thanks in advanced)
