Are the following sentences well structured?

Dear Residents, We are pleased to announce that the tiling works to the lifts and lower ground floor will commence on Monday 24th April. The lifts will be out of service whilst the works are carried out. We expect the works to last for 3 - 5 working days/ We expect the works to take approximately 3-5 working days. We expect this to take between 3-5 working days. We apologise for the inconvenience
