Well-scary

- My father is far too immature to be any kind of role model. His morals are a little skewed and his sense of boundaries (when it comes to touchy topics or things people shouldn't do) is well-scary.

- "His morals are a little skewed" here means "His morals are not very good", right? By the way, what does "well-scary" mean?

Thanks very much to Teachers,

"His morals are a little skewed" means that his morals are not quite in agreement with those of most other people (or with those of the writer, at least). "well-scary" means "very scary". It is a colloquialism.

You may be right. But I saw it as the voiced pause - well, like you know, scary.
