Yes, it's clear. I could make out monarchies/monarchy's in the original recording, but the second word escaped me until Myracle suggested power. Now that's what I hear.

Emotional is easy to understand. Leak is not as clear. I would be unsure if it is leak or lake if you hadn't told me it is leak.

Well, I cannot believe I've pronounced "i:" so badly.
Now I read "Human values". Is it clear?

Human is clear enough. Values is not clear at all. Without the text I would have guessed wedding. Even with the text in mind I can't hear values.
