'well-funded' 'better funded' ?

Hi all

Could I say 'well-funded' in 'their radio programs are well-funded' to mean that more money has been put to the production of those programs? What about 'better funded' if I 'm comparing with other radio stations?

Thank you

Thank you for replying MM.

Would it sound natural if I said 'Their radio programs are better(no hypen? ) funded than ours' ?

Thanks again

Yes, and probably more so; I was just following the paradigm.
