How many syllables are there in this word 'well-formedness'?

I don't think this is a word really. Well-formed has two. But for some reason when you stick it in this formation I am coming up with four - well-form-ed-ness.

This calls to mind a similar question. What about 'markedness' and 'markedly', like what they say in linguistics about the pecularities of words, sentences, and so on? Is it: mark-ed-ness or markd-ness, and mark-ed-ly or markd-ly? Thank you.
