We'll be/we'll have been

Hi

1. By this time next week, we'll be in Rome.

2. By this time next week, we'll have been married for 20 years.

--- Do we use the future perfect tense in the second example because there is the word "for"? And we don't use this tense in the first example cause there is no "for"?

Thanks
