Explanation:

I was welcomed. = I was received gladly. / I was greeted after I arrived.
I was welcome. = I was a welcome guest, I was invited... i.e. My arrival was expected with pleasure. Note: I didn't have to arrive at all in this case.

Now that the original post has been altered, I agree that the second one is the only correct.

I think the second sentence is better.

Such as: My aunt welcomed me------ past sents,

They are welcomed the idea with little interset.

You are always welcome in my home----- now sents.

You are welcome to tey, but you won't succed.

The standard phrase is 'You're welcome'.
