Is it a grammatical mistake to use "to" in the sign that reads "Lady Chantal YAYI AND ALL BENIN WOMEN WELCOME TO US FIRST LADY RAURA BUSH?"
Should it be ""Lady Chantal YAYI AND ALL BENIN WOMEN WELCOME US FIRST LADY RAURA BUSH?"
