Which one do you prefer? Both are true or false?

I weigh --my--- myself every morning. You are talking about your everyday routine. eg yesterday, today, tomorrow, etc.

Which one do you prefer? Both are fine.

Both Are they true or false?

Well, I can't see what you are doing now, or what you do every morning, so I don't know if the statements are true or false.

Grammatically though, they are good, correct sentences.
