weeks/ a few weeks

Dear members

Why didn't you got to school for (weeks/ a few weeks ) last year?

Are they both in the bracket acceptable to use?

If they can, are they the same meaning?

Thanks

mbouti Are they both in the bracket acceptable to use? 'Weeks' alone is not very natural there, maybe even wrong; some numerical adjective should be included. mbouti If they can, are they the same meaning?
