Weeks

Hi,

I think this is correct: 'One week IS a long time'

What about this, though: '2 weeks ARE a long time'

Thanks

With the second one, I would be inclined to use the singular, thinking of two weeks as a block of time, considered as a singular unit. However, if you considered each week as a separate thing, then you could use the plural.
