(1) doesn't tell you whether he works on weekdays or weekends during the daytime.
(2) doesn't tell you whether he works in the morning/afternoon or evening during weekdays.
Suppose that Jack works on weekdays and he works during the daytime. I am not sure if you can combine the two ideas into one sentence, as shown below.
(3) Jack likes to work during weekday daytime.
