Wednesday week

What does it mean? Wednesday week ?

Is there same with "next wednesday"?

Let's say,

Today is Monday. I will see you next Wednesday / Wednesday week.

(isn't today is Monday, tomorrow is Tuesday, and the next day is Wednesday for the above meaning?)
