I would find an invitation to a wedding in my email as fairly rude. But you can give it a try. You could start with the traditional, formal "Mr. and Mrs. George Johnson cordially invite you to the wedding of their daughter Mary to Jack...."
But, since email is very informal, you could simply go with, "Hey, Jeff and I are getting married next week and hope you can come to the ceremony."
