we'd had?

i knew that 'd stands for "did,had,would"

but i had just seen the article name "What We Wish We'd Had for Breakfast: Omelet with Morels" from https://www.yahoo.com/food/what-we-wish-wed-had-for-breakfast-omelet-with-morels-81006020688.html

and i had seen "..she rinsed some bones that looked like pork shoulder,which was weird since we'd had chicken tonight...." from the novel

please help me clearify
