Web

When I use the word, "Web" on such as Web site, Web page, do I have to always capitalize W on "Web"?

Another is E-book or E-Newsletter.

Is there any rule that e-book, E-book, E-Book which one of these are used commonly?

Thank you.

Hi An Jiyoung, This is a matter of style. I still capitalize Web in Web site because World Wide Web is - or was, at least - a proper noun. That is becoming less common.
