"Wear" with smile

Hi

Would you say that the verb wear collocates well with the noun smile? Are these sentences natural?

When he's stressed out, he wears a strange smile?

What kind of smile are you wearing these days?

After listening to me, she wore a very artificial smile.

Thanks,

Tom

Hi It does collocate in those kinds of examples, where there is doubt that the person is smiling in a genuine way. If someone is happy and smiling, it wouldn't be right to say that they are 'wearing' a smile Dave
