Which is correct?

She is too big to be wearing that.
She is too big to wear that.

Thank you Both are correct. I suspect that most people would use the first only when observing a woman actually wearing "that" at the time they mention it. The second is more generally useful, perhaps when selecting "that" as a gift for the woman in a department store.
