wear her hair differently

Is this how you would say the sentence? Does 'all the time' work? Do you wear hair?
She wear her hair differently all the time. She'll have it long one day, short the next, up, down.

Do you wear nails?
She wears her nails differently all the time. She'll have them long one day, short the next, squared, pointy, round.

Thanks

Yes, one wears hair, and it is normally in the collective singular. I'd prefer always over all the time in this case.

One can wear artificial nails. I suppose they can be removed, reapplied and styled differently every day, but that would be unusual.
