Wear clothes

Hello everyone. I have a question.

Could you please evaluate each of the following three sentences whether or not it is natural? I'm thinking of a situation where Kate is a very fashionable woman, and the author has the impression that Kate looks different in terms of garments every time he comes across her.

(A) Whenever I see Kate, she is wearing different clothes.
(B) Whenever I see Kate, she wears different clothes.
(C) Whenever I see Kate, she is in different clothes.

Top answer

Only the first one works. : Every time I see Kate, she's wearing something different.

Otherwise, try e.g.:
