Weak (or reduced) form of the following sentence

Hi,

Could someone tell me what the prounciation of the following sentence would be if people speak at a normal speed, and what are the weak forms and  reduced sounds, if any.

Sentence:I couldn't sleep last night and I had to get out of the house. My folks are driving me nuts..
My questions: I couldn't sleep last night      ||      and I had to get out of the house.    My folks are driving me nuts..
I listened and understood  the former part .          **The words "and", "My" and "are" are very weak, hard to be heard clearly.
** get out of the: Is the contraction form like this? get outta the house
                                                                                                                                           ged oudda da house
Are the letters "t"in pink, including the th sound as in the
word "the" pronounced as the flap t sound?

Hopefully someone could give me some advice.

Thanks very much!
