We will keep in touch

Is it correct to say "We'll keep in touch" at the end of an email? I am asking because it is a direct translation of the expression in my native tongue and it kinda feels weird in English. I have come across "Let's keep in touch", but I was wondering if they are both equally correct.

Thank you in advance!

Thank you for your response, CJ. I know "Let's keep in touch" is more idiomatic, but is the other expression really that incorrect or weird-sounding?
