Then what us people say when they want to express we ought to do something or we are supposed to do something?

In British English, it seems to be "we shall/should do that." Right?

We say things such as these:

I should do that.
I'm supposed to do that.
I ought to do that.

when they want to express we ought to do something or we are supposed to do something
The word shall cannot be used to express ought to, supposed to, or should (with the possible exception of the interrogative cases Yankee has discussed above).
