Could you check the below sentences for correction.

1. We received the parcel from Headoffice/ We are received the parcel from Headoffice.

Do they have the same meaning? Please help me with more examples.

2. His wife constantly reminded him about his bad habit/ His wife is constantly reminding him about his bad habit.

Are both correct?
Please correct and help me with grammer rules.

Sir I was confused a little bit. Is the sentence 'We are received the parcel from head office' grammatically incorrect? Sir my understanding is that I stressed the subject here. We received the parcel eventhough we are not authorised to do so. Could you please clarify this.
