We need to get the door open/opened/open the door

Hi. I've been watching Mandalorian and there is a scene where the main character says: "now we just need to get the door open".

Is this is grammatically correct to say "we need to get the door open"? What about: "we need to get the door OPENED"?

And why he didn't just say: "now we just need to open the door"?
