"We know what we're knowing"

I have learned that state verbs like know, have, etc can't be used in a progressive form like I am knowing it, I am having it, etc but I also know that sometimes state verbs can be used in progressive forms for different meanings and I have found some sentence with "be knowing" and then what does "We know what we're knowing" mean and what is the meaning difference between I know it and I am knowing it? Thank you so much!

Road To Nowhere

-Talking Head

Well, we know where we're goin',

But we don't know where

we've been,

And we know what we're knowin',

But we can't say what we've seen.

And we're not little children,

And we know what we want,

And the future is certain.

Give us time to work it out.
