Thank you Philip. I mean when the members in the team don't feel like working with each other and they don't really have very close bond so if I say: "we have a problem in the connection of team", does it clearly describe the idea. Because I have to mind the word limit so I must make a clear and well-expressed sentence.

That doesn't sound at all natural to my native ear. I'd suggest one of the phrases I offered. The team is lacking esprit de corps might be the best.
