We have been married(present perfect passive?)

1. We're married (for?) three years.
2. We've been married three years

Q) What do you think is the part of speech for "married" in #1 and #2?
Are they both adjectives or only one of them, #1, is so?
I don't think "married" in #2 is a past participle that makes the past voice for the sentence. But I do think "constructed" in #3 is a past participle verb that makes the past voice for the sentence. What do you think?

3. The building has been constructed for 3 years (by Samsung).
