We have an available room for you.

Hello, my friends.

- We have an available room for you.

My question is about the function of "for you" here.

It is an adjectival prepositional phrase referring to "an available room" or adverbial prepositional phrase referring to "have" and why?

If you think that it is adverbial, can you tell me what question it answers?

Does it answer the question "Why do you have an available room?" ? I think it doesn't.

So, I hope that you will help me.

Thank you very much.
