We have a program/programs to help you

We have program to help you make sure your child is on a bike that fits, without breaking the bank every one or two years.

Source: "KIDS' BICYCLE TRADE-UP", Trek Bicycles of Tucson.

I am wondering why there is no article before the noun "program". I consulted it in my dictionary and knew that it is a countable noun.
Shouldn't it be "We have a program/programs...?
Thanks.
