We had plenty to talk about.

If I want to use the appropriate "nouns" after the pronoun "plenty" to convert the role of "plenty" as "pronoun" to "determiner" , which words would be more appropriate?

For example: I have got plenty of time/money/eggs/hotels/information.

How about the following?

They always gave us plenty to eat.
We had plenty to talk about.

"She knows a lot , but she still has plenty to learn."
It is an interesting city to visit. There is plenty to see"
