We had ever wanted.
He didn't even buy us the " something ".
We helped him through everything and that was the only request we had ever wanted from him.
I want to know how to tell someone that my friend whom me and my friend have helped, didn't bring us the thing we wanted from him.
Is the sentence at the start of this thread correct ?
