We get so many people dying

Hi teachers!

I saw on TV today, during the speech regarding gun control, President Biden said "We get so many people dying".

My questions are if the sentences are plausible and the same in meaning as the one I mentioned above.

1. We have so many people dying.

2. We get so many people to die.

3. We have so many people die.

From the confused with many thanks in heart.
