We draw the conclusion that A is good, and that B is bad.

I want to mean I draw two conclusions.

Is that necessary (in terms of so-called style)?

If there are two separate conclusions, use the plural of the word. Both uses

We draw the conclusions that (10 words), and that (11 words). ------------acceptable (Maybe also good)



Anyhow,in this case, conclustion has to be in its plural form.
