3.Are they traveling --------------------------------------------- the world?

According to my viewpoint , the correct answer for question SIX is "normally" but one of my students selected "cousins " as the correct answer for number SIX. That is why I am asking if "COUSINS" is correct for number SIX,too. ?

That is correct.

It's possible to reword the sentence to include "cousins " but, the current wording is not correct. The words at or during would be better choices than "in".

You could write any of the following:

1. We visit our relatives at (or during) Norooz.

2. We visit our cousins and other relatives at (or during) Norooz.

3. We visit our relatives, including our cousins, at (or during) Norooz.
