We bought a garment/cloth to stitch it

We bought a cloth/garment and hand it over to a tailor to stitch/design it to make it a clothing/garment. I also asked the tailor to design/stitch two hand-kerchiefs if there is any spare clothes(that I bought).

Could you please correct my sentence and provide me with better versions?

Again, thanks a lot Clive.

So, I think "clothing", "dress", "skirt, "dress" are all types of clothes.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Not "clothing." That refers to all types of clothes.

Shirt/Blouse
Pants/Jeans/Slacks/Trousers
Dress
Skirt
Sweater (Jumper in the US)

Thanks Grammar Greek.

So, can I say, "I asked the tailor to make into a clothing"? Thus, without specifying what type of clothes it is.
Also, I wonder if a hand-kerchief or curtain or TV case are all types of cloth or clothes or clothing.

No, clothing is not countable.

Things you WEAR are clothes. Nothing else counts as clothing/clothes.

I asked the tailor to make me some clothes. (I would assume you told the tailor what types of garments you wanted, but you didn't specify which to me because it wasn't important.)
