We are talking semantics here with the depth of the fog. Fog is simply a stratus cloud at or slightly above the surface of the earth. Admitedly, a shallow layer of fog would re-radiate less than a thicker, deeper fog.

I hope the above piece is correct.

I'm having problem with "with". I think one of the definitions 2e and 2f fits here. Could you please confirm this. Thanks.

Hi, I just see it as 'concerning, about'. So maybe 2c. In fact, 'with' does not seem like a great word to use here.
