We are talking about a very important debate for anyone who is interested in nuclear physics.

Hello my friends.

This is original sentence

"We are talking about a very important debate for anyone who is interested in nuclear physics."

The question here is whether the original sentence is completely the same as the following one.

"We are talking about a debate which is very important for anyone who is interested in nuclear physics."

They are totally the same for me. How about your thoughts on it? Thanks in advance.
