"We added"or "We have added"?

Hi,

I was wondering, which one is correct, and what's the diffrence?:

1. We added photos from the concert.

2. We have added photos from the concert.

And what about this?:

1. Yahoo has uploaded a trailer for the movie.

2. Yahoo uploaded a trailer for the movie.

Thanks in advance!
