Ways to say something is not enough

Hi

Say, if I ordered 100,000 screws, but only received 99,543, how should I tell the seller about it?

Can I say:

1. The shipment contains 457 less screws than my ordered quantity.
2. The shipment is 457 screws short (of my ordered quantity 100,000).
3. The shipment is insufficient in quantity by 457 screws.
4. There is a shortfall in quantity of 457 screws in this shipment.

And to ask the seller to send me the missing 457 screws I paid for, can I say:

Please make up/compensate for the shortfall/shortage/discrepancy/gap in the next shipment.

Please suggest all possibilities you can think of. Thank you.
