Ways to punctuate this?

Ways to punctuate this?It seems hard for me to grasp different ways of punctuating citations in books, e.g. is there a lower case or upper case after an exclamation mark and etc. I came across this quote on the internet:

Quote:

Everyone I know is like "I'm having another baby!" and I am just like "I am having another glass of wine!"
